How to buy

From bookshops

All o Dalen’s titles are available to buy from your local bookshop. If the book o your choice is out of stock, ask the store to order it or you.

Online

You can also buy from this website. Each title is priced individually and postage and packing costs are added to your order before you get to checkout – you will need to select your location as appropriate to make sure the right carriage costs are included. If you order without selecting the location relevant to you, we may keep your order back until we settle any additional postage costs with you.

Our books are also on sale on websites such as Gwales and Amazon.

Large orders

I you choose to order from our website, and if your order is large, then our postage charges may be too high. In this case, please contact us on dalen@dalenllyfrau.com and we will arrange for you to be charged actual postage costs.

Orders from outside the European Union

We are very happy to receive and fulfil orders for our books from anywhere in the world, as long as you select the correct postage cost when paying for your book(s). We will always attach the relevant customs form to the package, and indicate the content of the package where required. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility before ordering to ensure that there are no local restricions in your country which will prevent us sending you books by post. Should your order not reach you because of any such rerstriction, we will be unable to refund your postage costs, nor will we be able to refund the cost of your purchase(s) unless such purchase(s) is or are returned to us in a condition which will allow us to sell it (them) again.

Gallwch hefyd brynu drwy'r wefan hon. Mae pris ein teitlau yn cael eu dangos ar gyfer pob llyfr, ac mae pris cludiant yn cael ei ychwanegu at y gost cyn i chi fynd i dalu amdano – bydd angen i chi ddewis eich lleoliad perthnasol er mwyn dewis y gost gywir ar gyfer postio. Os fyddwch chi'n archebu ond heb ddewis y gost gywir ar gyfer postio, yna fe allwn ddal eich archeb nôl nes i ni drefnu gweddill y gost postio gyda chi.

Archebion o’r tu allan i’r Undeb Ewropeaidd

Rydym yn barod i dderbyn archebion o unrhyw le yn y byd cyhyd â’ch bod yn dewis y gyfradd bost gywir wrth dalu am eich llyfr(au). Byddwn ar bob achlysur yn llenwi'r cyfarwyddiadau tollau priodol wrth anfon eich pecyn, ac yn nodi beth yw cynnwys y pecyn. Er hynny, eich cyfrifoldeb chi cyn archebu yw sicrhau nad oes rhwystr cyfreithiol ac ati yn lleol i chi i ni allu anfon llyfrau atoch drwy’r post. Os nad yw eich archeb yn cyrraedd pen ei daith mewn achos o’r fath, ni allwn ad-dalu eich cost bostio i chi, ac ni allwn ad-dalu cost y llyfr(au) i chi heblaw bod y llyfr(au) hynny wedi cael eu dychwelyd atom mewn cyflwr lle gallwn eu cynnig i fod ar werth unwaith eto.
